WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We use UPS Standard service for all shipments since more than 10 years. UPS offers the best service at a fair price. An UPS express service is also available upon customers request.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
It depends on the destination address but we can say that generally you will receive the package after a week from the date you place the order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship worldwide, if your country is not on the list please write us an email and we will send you a quotation for shipping cost.
CAN I HAVE A DISCOUNT?
Yes we are open to grant discounts for frequent buyers, teams, companies, influencers. Every week we offer special discount for registered customers only.

CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND?
At Viper Tactical we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt, as long as, they are in resellable condition with any packaging and labels intact. So feel free to try any of our fantastic range available with our no quibble, no question returns policy.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No you don't. But creating an account will take you approximately ten seconds and you will save time for next orders, also allowing you to check the status of your orders. As a registered customer your will have access at our weekly promotions.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
just write us an email with all changes or if you want to cancel the order. Please do it not later than 24 hours after you place the order otherwise we will bill you the shipping cost
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check the status of the order inside your account page. When the order leave the warehouse we will send you an email with the UPS tracking number and you can see the status of the shipment easily here
